My friend is buying her own place and moving out, so I'm looking for a new flatmate. The ideal would be for a short-term rent, between 1 to 6 months.

The room comes fully furnished with a bed, blackout curtains, bedside tables, drawers and wardrobe. The monthly cost of rent and bills is £600 total.

The Victorian house is situated on a quiet residential road 8 mins walk from both Tulse Hill and West Norwood stations (Zone 3) - both great up-and-coming neighbourhoods with some nice pubs - with parking on the driveway, plus free road parking..

The living room has a 4-seater sofa, a large dining table, TV and bookcase. The kitchen has a great view over the central London cityscape and comes with a Sonos speaker. The garden, shared between four flats, is great for barbecues and relaxing in the summer.

We have a bathroom with a tub and shower, as well as a 2nd separate toilet

Transport-wise, Tulse Hill and West Norwood stations are 8-minute walks away. Brixton is a 10-minute bus ride away and Brockwell Park (best park in south London) is a 20-minute walk.

I'd prefer a longer rent.(2 months+) but I'm flexible on length of stay, so feel free to contact me with if your ideal move-in date or duration, and for any further questions.

Lastly, about me:
I'm a 32 year old journalist, I'm into sport - cycling, running., football particularly - pub quizzes, board games and going to music and comedy gigs, pre-pandemic, anyway. I'm laidback, respectful and outgoing, with a good sense of humour (especially if you like bad puns!)
