2 X Spacious double bedroom in the beautiful Furzedown (between Tooting and Streatham) is now available as we are moving to smaller location.

Room 1:
Double bedroom with a huge cupboard, a shelving unit and a bedside table. The room is unique in that it has its own external entrance through a porch accessible only by you that leads into a side alley to the house. This is really handy if you are someone who bikes but doesn't want to leave their bike in their room or the hallway. It also acts as a giant window for lots of natural light into the room but at the same time is double glazed to insulate during the winter.

Room 2:
Bigger of the 2 bedrooms, double bedroom with a large cupboard, a shelving unit, book case and a bedside table. This room is at the front of the house and offers lighting from the 2 main windows at the front. A lot of room to make this place homely and add your own personal touch, especially great if your looking for somewhere to have your own space.

Apartment:
The flat has been newly refurbished and comprises of the whole ground floor of a victorian house. The bathroom is shared with only one other flatmate and includes a bath and shower. There is an open plan living room and kitchen with under floor heating that leads to the garden, perfect for the summer!

Housemates:
Scott is in his early-30s from Australia and works in IT. He is a friendly housemate and always has time for a chat, cooks great food (especially curries) and enjoys a cheeky beer.

Local Area:
Furzedown is a hidden gem. It is a 15 minute walk from Tooting Bec and 10 mins from Streatham (to Victoria and London Bridge). It is a great community with an abundance of bars, cafes and restaurants! There is a Sainsbury's 2 minutes walk, Cut the Mustard is a great local cafe and Naked Loaf is an awesome pizza place and are also 2 minutes away. There is Tooting Common for those that love the outdoors and Furzedown Rec with basketball and tennis courts - both are close.

- Room 2: £615 a month (deposit paid to agency)

Bills are shared and work out around £50-60 a month.
