Looking for flatmates

Hello Everyone!
I'm glad to offer 2 spare bedrooms in my currently semidetached house.

Basics of the house:
Size- Double and Small double.
Use – Single or for a couple, to discuss with the prospective flatmates.
Preferences – We don’t mind if you’re male, female .
Rent – 530 monthly double room and 450 monthly the small double.
Bills – NOT INCLUDED
Deposit – 500 protected.
Contract – Yes, through a rather serious agency.
Furnished – yes, fully furnished.
People in the house – currently only 2.
Rooms and bathrooms – 4 and 2 respectively.
Postcode: SW16
Move-in date: Very flexible.

Extra information:
   The current tenancy agreement is to my name and my flatmate’s. So a name change of the contract would be required (The person leaving the contract is willing to take care of those 50 pounds, nothing you've to worry about). Both short let and long term are consider, the contract we are in is finishing in June with possibility to renew.
   The house is in a premium location, in a quiet, cul da sac street, away from traffic and very residential area.
   It is located between Streatham and Mitcham, with their respective high streets, but you have to get there. It’s about a 10-minute walk. Transport links are excellent, there are buses going straight to centre London and Northern Line tube.
   You will be living with 2 girls (my sister and I) both working in hospitality, both Spanish and really close to each other.
Nonsmokers house, party/gathering free, we're responsible and looking for a respectful, clean, and tidy person to join us.

Room information:
   The big room is situated on the ground floor of the house with wooden floors, chest of drawers, very spacious wardrobe and double bed with a quality mattres.
   The small double room is situated on the first floor of the property, double bed, carpet floor with wooden wardrobe, laptop/computer desk and besides table.
   Also you could find both toilets on this first floor, one of them fully bathroom with shower, the other one just toilet.
   Living room, kitchen and garden are south facing so they receive as much sun as this country offers during our glorious  weeks of summer.
   The house was refurbished some years ago. Heating is central and powerful, and you therefore won’t have to worry about it. All windows are new and double glazed, and we all have our own keys for the bedrooms making us feeling secure and protected.
   You will be provide with clothes hanger, kitchen utensils, etc...from myself, I own most of these facilities which I would be happy to share, most of other comforts came with the house including fridge, washing machine, dryer machine and living room furniture.
   As you can see, the garden is huge and has verything you need to enjoy outside in the summer as barbecue and yard table and chairs.
