Double room on 1st floor of Tooting House

The room is a medium size located on the first floor in the middle of the house. It comes fully furnished with bed, drawers and cupboard. It has good desk space ideal for working from home.

The house is home to 4 other friendly working professionals, most of who work out at their respective workplaces so the house remains quiet during the day, but has a good social and relaxing vibe in the evenings and at weekends.

We have a pay as you go electric meter for electricity which we take in turns to top up. Gas, water and WiFi come to no more than £20 a month.

The first floor has 2 other room and a bathroom. There is one bedroom above on the 2nd floor with an en-suite.

There is a lounge / sitting area and the ground floor along with another room and a huge spacious kitchen and dining area.

The kitchen also opens out onto the patio garden with plenty of seating available and is a real sun trap in the summer.

Edencourt Road is home to friendly neighbours and has a lot of character, while being peaceful as it is located away from the main road. Closest tube - Tooting Broadway (15min walk). Closest train - Streatham Common (15min walk).
