We have a double room going in our large, gorgeous detached townhouse in Streatham Hill with close links to Brixton and Balham. Available now with flexible move in date.

The house is situated on a quiet road next to Tooting Bec Common, has large front and back gardens, and huge amounts of communal living space - especially good if working from home.

Streatham Hill train station is an 8 minute walk away, where you can also catch a bus to Brixton for the Victoria line. Balham, which is on the Northern line, is a 15 minute walk away.

We are a mixed household of 4 others aged 26-30 seeking a similar aged housemate. No couples I’m afraid - and must be dog friendly as we do have a very chilled and friendly dog in the house! We are an easy going bunch who do regular house cooking together, watch TV, and even doing pottery in the shed.
