There’s 3 of us in the property at the moment me (downstairs) and 2 other people upstairs (male and female). We are all professionals who work at different points of the day and so respect each others personal space but occasionally get together for a laugh or chilled evening.
There are 2 cats in the property, mostly staying in the room downstairs with me but occasionally, they make an appearance around the house, just a warning if you have any cat allergies.
Large kitchen and upstairs bathroom. There is also a small bathroom downstairs.
I will be making small changes to the room before a new tenant moves in, painting the room, changing curtains and ceiling light.
