The place benefits from great transport links. Close to the Tooting Rail Station (15 min walk) and short journey by bus to Tooting Broadway Northern line tube station(or 16 min walk). You can then be in Central London in 35mins.

Tooting itself has plenty to offer with a vast array of shops, cafes and restaurants and a buzzing atmosphere.

The rent includes Council Tax, cable TV, wifi, all utilities and even a cleaner and a gardener which help make this house a comfortable home.

You will have access to common areas, i, e kitchen and living room. Ideally we're looking for someone to stay a maximum of three month a non smoker, and not too noisy.
