We have an amazing king size room to rent sharing with 2 other housemates.

The king size room is bright and located at the rear of the house on the 1st floor overlooking the garden. The room includes a king sized bed, 2 bedside tables and lamps, 1 large chest of drawers, 1 large wardrobe and lots of storage under the bed. The room shares a bathroom on the 1st floor with one other and there is a separate toilet downstairs.

The house is situated in a gated mews and is very quiet. The entire complex is only ten years old and absolutely stunning. The kitchen has lots of storage and all the equipment you could need! We have an open plan living/dining room with doors leading out to the decked/paved garden. It's south facing so is a sun trap throughout the day.

Utility bills, Council Tax (Band D), TV Licence, Internet and Sky are not included within the rent. Currently around £155 each per calendar month.

A parking space is also available within the gated mews subject to an additional charge.

The house has great transport links and is an 8 minute walk along the High Street to Norbury rail station, situated in Zone 3. There are trains to London Victoria (20 minutes), Balham (5 minutes - for the Northern Line), Clapham Junction (15 minutes - for interchanges with London Overground and South West train services) and London Bridge (30 minutes). There are also trains to East Croydon (5 minutes) and Gatwick airport (35 minutes). Buses 50, 109 and 255 are a two minute walk from the property which go to Streatham, Brixton, Stockwell and Croydon.

The house is a two minute walk from the High Street which has a number of coffee shops including Costa coffee, local convenience shops, restaurants and a number of supermarkets.
