I have a bright double room available in a 3 bedroom house. We are a two minute walk from Norbury Station which gets you into Victoria in under 20 mins and London Bridge in under 30. Balham, Clapham Junction and Brixton are all very accessible.
Seeking a house-trained person who is sociable but respects other's privacy. Will works for a consultancy firm and Matt works for Apple but lives half of the week in Somerset with his family.
There is a shed for bikes and stuff and a loft for some storage.
