We have a room available in our relaxed shared house. We each live individual lives but come together for the occasional dinner or glass of wine and, if all are around, a night out.
The house is large so can be as social or quiet as you like. Big living room, seperate kitchen and a separate garden.
The room is available at the beginning of July.
We have a cleaner (who we cherish) who comes once a fortnight. All bills are included in the rent.
The house is on Pendle Road. At the top of the road you have Moyser Road, there is a fantastic little cafe that does a seriously good breakfast for a hangover, a little pizza restaurant and a decent size Budgens amongst other shops.
Tooting Bec tube station is a 15min walk, Streatham Rail and Streatham Common is, again, about a 15min walk. Good bus stops 5min walk.
