The Best House In Streatham

We have very nice double and single rooms available in our house to let immediately.

The house is honestly the best that you can possibly find in south London. Large open space living room with lots of space and all the modern equipment as you can see on the photos.

The house is about 5-8 min walk to the nearest bus stop from where you can have easy access to Mitcham Eastfield, Streatham common, Streatham, Norbury stations. Victoria, London Blackfriars, London bridge are 25-30 by train. We also have easy access to Sutton, Wimbledon etc.
From Streatham Common station, it is just a 20 min train journey directly to London Victoria and 25 mins to London Bridge.

SUPER FAST BROADBAND, Council Tax, all utilities, TV licence for main TV, weekly cleaner is included in the rent payment.

Cyclists and drivers are welcome, since we have place to store bikes securely and there is free parking on the road.

There are several local shops within a few minutes walk.
