Double en-suite, brand new flat, great transport

Hello there,

My spare room has recently become available again and is available from 1st November on a Monday - Friday basis only.

I am a 27 year old professional looking for someone to share my brand new 2 double bedroom, 2.5 bathroom flat. Both bedrooms have their own en-suite and there is a separate toilet. The property is <10 min walk from Tooting Bec and Wandsworth Common Stations. There are also plenty of bus links nearby. The flat is 250m from Wansworth Common and all of the shops / cafes / bars nearby.

I am looking for someone to share the property with, someone who will look after it like it's their own but also someone who will enjoy it. I work long hours and I am regularly travelling so there will be periods of time where I am not there.

The whole property is furnished to the highest standard and I moved in less than a year ago so everything is still in perfect condition. Photos are from before i moved in but I will update with some more recent pictures shortly.

In my spare time I enjoy discovering new bars and restaurants and I am partial to (an often badly played) game of squash. You can all but guarantee there will be a gin and tonic poured for you at least once a week.
