Bedroom near Clapham Junction in great houseshare

A cozy, sunny and quiet bedroom has become available in our beautiful house. We are 2 easy-going young professionals in our thirties. Murray is from South Africa and works in civil engineering and Nethali is originally from Spain and works as a clinical psychologist.

We both have busy lives but enjoy spending time in the house, sharing meals when we can. We love cooking and we like having a house that is tidy, warm and cosy as we like having friends over. We both have been living in this house for the last year and have been enjoying it very much.

Ben is moving out with his girlfriend so his bedroom is now available.

The bedroom:
It’s a cozy, small but sunny and quiet bedroom. The furniture includes a double bed, a built-in wardrobe and a chest of drawers.

The house:
We have a beautiful front garden perfect for BBQs, full of lovely plants and flowers, a very spacious nice and homey living room with a view into the garden, a very big kitchen with modern appliances and a dishwasher, a laundry room (yes: a laundry room! with a washing machine and a dryer) and a small toilet.

Upstairs: the 3 bedrooms and another bathroom.

We also have a huge loft so there is plenty of storage space.

The landlady is very friendly. She lives close by, which is very convenient when something needs to be fixed.

Price: £670 including all fees (includes council tax, water, electricity, gas).

We have a cleaner that comes twice a month and costs £25 (we take turns paying so it comes to approx. £16 a month).

Location:
Very well-located, only 9 minutes away by foot from Clapham Junction and 5 minutes away from Wandsworth Town. Plenty of buses at our doorstep (and three 24h buses: 87; 37; 156). Close to plenty of restaurants, bars and cafes.
The house itself is in a very quiet location.

The move in date is on the 2nd of November but our landlady could be flexible for the moving in date if that's needed.
