The flat is a short walk from Wandsworth Town train station (8 mins), Southside shopping centre (5 mins) with all amenities, inc gyms, Waitrose/Sainsburys, Cinema etc, and from the bus stop (5 mins) with plenty of bus h24 (few stops from Clapham Junction, Northcote Rd, Battersea which offer a vast array of shops, bars, restaurants and clubs to cater for all tastes, or direct from the centre).
The house is on a quiet and popular residential road in a highly desirable area of Wandsworth and is split over the top 2 floors of a Victorian conversion.
The en-suite room is fully furnished with double storage bed, big wardrobe, built-in bookshelves, chest of drawers, blinding curtains, with the possibility to provide a big desk.

There isn't a living room in the house, however, we have a big kitchen with a dining table that is well kept and clean and a lovely terrace with table and chairs.
The kitchen is equipped with all mod cons including dishwasher/fridge-freezer/wash ing machine, microwave. We have 80Mb Broadband.

This is the ideal solution for those willing to live in a studio but wouldn't deal with the cramped spaces that London offers.
The attic occupies the second floor with the benefits of having downstairs a full-size kitchen and a living terrace
(not to mention 2 lovely flatmates :)

Speaking of whom, here is a little bit about us: We are 2 architects, both chilled, into design, and anything about relaxation and wellbeing. We meditate, do Yoga and self-care and the theme of our home is 'relax and unwind'. I am Sara, 31, interior designer, I'm into art, explore, culture, nature, music... Sabina is 27, works as an architect for the public sector and loves jazz, reading, morning yoga and sunny days in the park. Sometimes, [most likely at weeeknds] we socialise and hang out on the terrace for a glass of wine and a good conversation, and we do like to keep the mood nice and relaxed most of the times. We are looking for someone considerate, clean and preferably with a similar lifestyle, who is looking for a place they can call home and feel safe and respected in. We both have our own lives and would welcome someone who is equally independent, however, we are open to making good friends with whom to enjoy this truly beautiful oasis. We take turns in cleaning the communal areas, and there is flexibility on which days of the week this can be done, depending on your schedule. As we would like to keep it balanced in the house, we are looking for someone with a similar work schedule. We work from Monday to Friday daytime, with some exceptions for travelling and other ad-hoc commitments. Generally, we keep away from imposing a certain rule or restriction, instead, we seek to resolve things through open communication and mutual respect. There are, of course, certain agreements between us all, such as not playing loud music after 9pm, and making sure we close the doors gently (who likes to be woken up by slammed doors?!), however the main principles that guide this home are respect and communication. We welcome you to use the kitchen and the terrace and to have friends over if you like, with consideration. We also recycle and keep 2 separate bins for compost waste and recycling.
