Double Bedroom, Southfields, friendly housemates!

Double bedroom available in a 4-bedroom house (two bathrooms). The house has been a great place to live and is close to the many shops, supermarkets and parks around Southfields and Earlsfield. The house is on the Southfields Grid within easy walking distance to Southfields (10 mins) and Earlsfield (13 mins) stations with wimbledon park 2 mins walk away (great for summer). There is also a big paved garden ideal for barbeques, etc. The housemates are aged 30 to 31, South Africans and one English. In general they are looking for someone of similar age range, preferably male to keep the balance. People are generally neat and tidy and not over the top fussy but also like a drink now and then.

Availability is middle August, preferably from the week commencing the 16th August. I can be flexible to move slightly after that if needs be. If interested, please give some details about yourself otherwise it may be difficult to respond.

Please note bills are not included. Bills are fairly standard, around £100 and then there is the cleaner who comes every week. On average they’re usually about £140 per month, sometimes less. Included in the bills is sky, Netflix, internet, utilities, council tax, etc.
