We are three out going and friendly girls looking for somebody to join us in our house. We are all professionals and generally work office hours. We respect each other's space but like to chill together in the evenings catching up on our days while watching tv or going to the cinema or a pub quiz, a film expert would be great as we always miss out on those questions :)

We would love a like minded and easy going girl to move in, somebody who wants a clean house but isn't obsessive, social but not a party animal and would see the house as a home.

We are in a great location, 5 minutes walk to Southfields station, 5 minutes on the train to Wimbledon, 2 minutes walk and 10 minutes bus to Clapham Junction or 15 minutes walk to Earlsfield where the train will have you to Waterloo in another 15 minutes.

Southfields has a really nice village feel with some chain and inpedendant coffee shops, restaurants including Thai, Chinese, Italian and Lebanese, a Tesco, Sainsbury's and M&S and some really nice pubs. It's great to come home somewhere peaceful while having such a quick commute to central London or places like Putney, Wimbledon or Clapham which are great for a night out. We are also walking distance to Southside Shopping Centre which has a huge Sainsbury's, new look, H&M, primark and lots of other shops, Wimbledon tennis courts are a short walk away too.

The house is over 2 floors, there is a flat below us, with 2 bedrooms on each floor. You would have a double bed with a wardrobe and bedside locker. There is also some extra storage for suitcases or boxes. The bathroom is shared between 3 people and has a bath/shower with great water pressure. We have a shared living room, dining area and kitchen. There is also a garden which has a table and chairs and is perfect for bbqs or enjoying some wine.

The price is inclusive of all bills like gas, electricity, virgin tv and wifi. The room is available from 23rd October. There is also street parking and a permit is under £200 per year.
