Double room in Earlsfield

I have a fully furnished double room available in a great two bed flat, 10 minutes from Earlsfield station and similar distance to Wandsworth Town. I’m open to full week rental or Monday - Friday for a reduced cost. The flat is on quiet street running parallel to Garratt Lane within 2 minutes of shops and good restaurants.

The flat has 2 double bedrooms and one single room (not rented out), one bathroom, eat-in kitchen and a separate large living area. It also has a south facing garden, with table, chairs and bbq, which is great for summer.

The flat is fully furnished, and the double room comes with a bed, wardrobe, bedside table and ample under-bed and cupboard storage. The room is next to the kitchen at the back of the property and therefore very quiet.

All bills are included, inc. broadband and sky.

I own the flat and have lived here for 7 years. Unfortunately my current flatmate has moved back to Australia. I'm looking for an easy going, clean flatmate and tidy flatmate. In my spare time I enjoy travelling, seeing friends, sport, cooking and getting out and about.
