The room is immediately available and the flat would be shared with one other occupant. The flat is currently for sale and has been for a number of months. Therefore, the contract would be a 3 month rolling lodger agreement contract. However, this would essentially be open ended.

The room comes with a double bed (good storage underneath), chest of drawers, single fitted wardrobe, desk and TV.

The sitting room is very spacious, kitchen fully equipped and the bathroom is bright and clean; you would also have the benefit of additional storage in the hallway closet. The building is well looked after with a communal garden; great for barbecues in the summer and storage for bikes.

The flat is on a quiet road near to the local park with a 5-minute walk to Colliers Wood underground station or 15-minute walk to Wimbledon station. Numerous shops and restaurants are also within walking distance. You will share the flat with only one professional who is easy going and respectful, working regular office hours. The price per month is £680 (inc. bills), the deposit is £700.
