Ensuite double room sublet 8th Jan to 10th Feb

Hi there, I’m looking for someone to sublet my room this January while I’m away. 8th January to 10th Feb £690 all bills included plus £100 deposit which will be given back if no damage!
Location is 5min to Morden tube (northern line) and bus station and 10min from Morden hall tram stop! 30min to London Bridge
Super bright and lovely double room, on the top floor of a house, there is an en-suite bathroom with toilet and bathtub only for you.
I will empty all the wardrobe and book shelf for you do get some storage space.
You will have to share the kitchen / dinning area with 4 other lovely people.
Kitchen is big and really convenient with 5 gaz burner, dish washer, washing machine, microwave and a huge American fridge/freezer, pretty much everything you need!
You can participate to the cleaner fee of £10 and not even worry about cleaning the house...
but we are looking for someone tidy and respectful of the house rule which is clean after yourself.
Water, electricity, tv licence and internet are included in the price.
I will ask for 1/3 of the rent to secure the deal
Visit are:
Tuesday 10th Dec from 14:00 to 20:00.
Sunday 15th Dec from 14:00 to 20:00
