Double room available in a lovely house with 2 South Africans and a Kiwi. It’s a fun and homey place to live and the girls are all friendly, welcoming and clean. We are looking for a friendly, considerate and social, female working- professional.

The house is on a quiet road and in a safe area. There’s a river path close by leading to a beautiful park (Merton hall park) for those who like running/walking.

The room- double bed, drawers, shelves and clothes rack. Also has use of extra cupboard under the stairs to use as wardrobe/extra storage

. We are a 10 minute walk from South Wimbledon and Collier’s Wood stations on the Northern Line. And bus stop at end of street that goes to a number of places including Wimbledon

Large sainsbury/marks and Spencer’s and Aldi etc 5mins walk away

Deposit and first months rent payable up front. No agency fees or extra costs - the landlords are really lovely :)
