5 minute walk to Morden underground and all the small shops, individual cafes, restaurants, take-aways, library and community centre, supermarkets, GP surgery, dentist, hairdressers and all other amenities of Morden. There is also Morden Hall Park nearby with it's tree lined walks and river.

The 3rd floor has an extra living room for space to hang out away from the main living areas.
The living room opens out onto a wooden patio and then a long garden with tasty apple trees.
The 5th bedroom is on the ground floor and is currently set up as a dining room for 8 people. I actually recommend 4 people to take the house and split accordingly.
The eating kitchen is suitable for seating 4 to 6 people.
There is a greenhouse for the plant enthusiasts.

The house is located in a quiet and calm street with friendly neighbours, yet close to transport and shops.
The property is managed by the owner so quick response and decision.
