Room in luxury apartment (short-term)

Hi,

I have a short term let available in my top floor, two bed apartment. The room is available from 25th September 2022, (when my current lodger moves out) until the end of October.

Rates

£850 per calendar month

The monthly rent includes bills (wifi, gas & electric, water, council tax).
Flat / bedroom info

The flat is fully furnished. There is an open plan kitchen/living room, with access to a balcony.

The bedroom is 2.67m x 2.67m and contains a double bed, shelving, built in wardrobe, desk/chair and under bed storage. A velux roof window makes it a very bright and airy room (comes with automatic blind). Please note, the room is not en-suite.

Location - under 15 min walk (0.7miles) to Wimbledon Underground/ Overground/ Tram or 5 min on the bus (regular buses go past the door). Alternatively it’s less than 20 mins (1 mile) to walk to Wimbledon Village and the Common.

About me

I work in Operations for an Italian food company - currently working from a mix of home, Soho office and head office in Italy.

I’m interested in sports (football, squash, cycling), travelling, volunteering, films/tv, visits to the pub with mates - all the usual stuff.

The flat is a new build, so I like to take care of it and keep it clean and tidy. Looking for an easy going, non-smoking housemate. Happy to arrange a visit or WhatsApp/FaceTime call if you want to know more.
