The available room comes fully furnished (inc. mattress).

Current housemates are 28, 30 & 34, working in finance & hospitality. We're seeking a tidy and sociable housemate to join our easy-going household.

Great communal areas spread across two floors including a ground floor lounge/study, basement lounge/dining room and a spacious kitchen. There is a roof terrace for summer evenings and/or smokers..

The first floor shared bathroom (shower over bath, sink & loo) is shared predominantly between the 2 first floor rooms with limited use from the third floor room. There is an additional WC (loo & sink) on the ground floor.

Dishwasher, large fridge/freezer, large gas range with 2 ovens, wine cooler fridge plus separate washing machine and tumble dryer all in situ.

The house is a stones throw from Buckingham Palace, St James's Park & Green Park. Westminster Abbey and The Houses of Parliament are a short walk away. It's a safe area and there are ample restaurant, bar & pub options in the Cardinal Place and Nova developments.

Transport links are excellent. Victoria tube station is 1 min walk away and Victoria mainline station is 2 mins away. St James's Park tube station can be reached in around 3 mins. There are numerous bus routes nearby including 11, 13, 24, 36, 44, 52, 148, 170, 211, 390, C1, C10, N2, N11, N16, N38, N44, N136.

Victoria Street (1 min away) provides various shopping amenities. Marks & Spencer, Waitrose (x2) and Sainsbury's supermarkets are all a few mins walk away.

Bills are around £90 each in summer months and £125 each in winter months. This includes Council Tax, TV Licence, Sky TV, High-Speed Sky Broadband, water, gas & electricity. We have a cleaner, the cost for which we split equally (£15 each every 2 weeks).
