Stunning double room in Westminster (Female only)

Hi there, I’m looking for a new flatmate to take over this bright and very spacious double room (ensuite) with large 3-door wardrobe and double bed.

The flat is located in Westminster area, between Pimlico and Victoria and it is less than 10 mins walk from St. James’s Park station and Pimlico station. The bulding has the lift and concierge.

About me: I’m italian, living in London for 3 years and I work in the City.

I am looking for a flatmate who is very clean, tidy and reliable, this is a must! At home, I like a calm and chilled enviroment, happy to have a chat over a glass of wine or tea every now and then, although I tend to leave all the social activities outside the flat and I hope you would do the same.

Bills typically are between £110-£120 pcm

Short term lets minimum 3 months, rent might be higher.
