Room available in Westminster (Monck street). The current tenant has just moved in a new flat with his girlfriend and we are looking for somebody to take over his room.

£1,105.5 rent + ~£100 bills per month + Free access to gym, swimming pool, jacuzzi and sauna in the building

Bright and spacious flat on top floor (with lift) to be shared with two lovely professionals in their mid to late 20s. We tend to be quite busy during the week and enjoy keeping the flat relatively peaceful.

The bedroom is furnished with double bed, a large wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and you will have your own ensuite bathroom. We have a fully equipped kitchen (washing machine, oven, microwave, fridge freezer), a large living room and storage space. A parking space is also available. There is a porter at reception 24/7.

The flat is very well located on a quiet street in Westminster, a short walk away from Westminster, St James Park, Victoria and Pimlico stations.

Bills include broadband, electricity, cleaning fees and council tax.
