Comfortable flat on the corner of Vincent Square, Pimlico/Victoria - extremely convenient area.
There is a shower/bathroom, second lavatory, living room, dining room and kitchen. Near to St James’s Park, on a 3rd floor, plenty of natural light! Courtyard below and bike rack.

3 bedroom, one British guy living here, I work as an underwriter during the weeks. There are 3 bedrooms, but currently one is kept free for guests.

Pimlico is a pretty, quiet but lively area, close to busy Central London. Many bars and restaurants in the immediate area.
Excellent Transport: bus near to door, 10 minute walk to St James's Park/Victoria/Pimlico tubes.

Waitrose/Sainsbury's/Tesco 5 min walk.

PureGym/Gymbox/Everyone Active (with Pool) 5 min walk

All bills come to £336 divided by 2 of us is £168 ppm (a third tenant will arrive in July and so the bills will divide by 3). This includes a cleaner that comes twice a month.

The gas/elec is now FIXED rate (i. e. it won't change) until July 2024 at £146.46pm, included in the bills figure above and would be split equally between housemates.
