Bright double room with its own bathroom in a modern 2 bed, 2 bathrooms apartment. Offering a large bright reception area, with day concierge and a lift to the apartment on the second floor. Fully fitted and equipped modern kitchen (with dishwasher) and shared lounge. Very good standard for the price/location.

Centrally located in a quiet area of Westminster, the property is surrounded by shops, bars, restaurants, and a number of gyms (and it will start to matter soon haha).

It is a 7 minute walk to St James’s Park tube station and 10 minute walk to Westminster / Victoria / Pimlico, giving easy access to the rest of the city.

New tenant will replace my current flatmate who is moving out. Professionals preferred. The price includes wifi but not the rest of the bills (water, electricity and council tax tend to cost an extra 85GBP per month).

I’m Pablo, 23 years old, I have been living in the UK for almost 5 years, and I’m working full time in a Technology Consultancy firm.
I am a sociable and calm person who likes to relax, do outdoors activities, hang out with friends and go out for a meal or a drink. I love travelling, technology and discovering new places in London!
I’d love to get along well with my flatmate and hang out with him/her but I’m also independent and I like to have my space!
I’m also very tidy, clean and respectful of the common areas we will share! :)
