I live in a lovely two bedroom flat on the fifth floor (with lift), overlooking the beautiful tranquil gardens and fountain. The block offers, gym, a gorgeous swimming pool, steam room and sauna, a bar and grill, tennis courts on the river, squash courts and spa. There is also 24 hour security and concierge. The property is less than five minutes walk from the tube and the block offers everything you could need - mini supermarket, hairdressers, newsagents, dry cleaners, café and greengrocers. The flat itself is in very good order with all brand new furniture. There is one bathroom and an extremely spacious living room, with dining area. The kitchen has a washer/dryer. The room itself is a double and there is a brand new double bed and mattress, fitted wardrobe and a chest of drawers and two bedside tables.

I am looking for a considerate and friendly flatmate who both enjoys having the occasional drink/meal together and who also will respect each others privacy. I am an extremely clean and tidy person and would look for a flatmate who is also, any fan of no clutter is a winner in my book! :) I love cooking and would be nice to have someone to cook with/for, with a glass or two of vino!
