This is a really nice and perfect 2-bedroom basement apartment in the center of Pimlico. One of the bedrooms is occupied by Michael and I am looking for someone to take one of the rooms which is available. It pains me to do this as it’s really perfect and rent is cheap for what the apartment has to offer!
My lease expires on the 7th of September 2019, but the agent is ready to extend.
There is a large furnished living room and a fully equipped kitchen, 1 of the bedrooms is larger than the other. The shower is really powerful.
The place is very close to Pimlico station (5 mins walk) and VERY close to Sloane Square. Shops are also very close (Tesco, less than 2mins away). Nice gym 10 mins away with a swimming pool. Victoria is also very close.
Possibility to view from 6:30pm weekdays or anytime on weekends.
