The flat is really cosy and beautiful, spacious and bright and it's on a two floor unit. The ground floor has a spacious kitchen with washing machine + dish washer and luminous living room, with 2 sofas and TV + an exterior balcony. The upper floor has the 3 bedrooms, the toilet/bathroom and a big storage room.
The flat is very central and just 5min walk from Victoria Underground station, 3 min walk from Victoria coach station + night buses available 24/7. Hyde Park and Battersea Park are very close too *just 15min walk* There are also many shops/restaurants/gyms around the area.
The current flatmates are 2 professional girls from Italy and Spain - Nausicaa and Elena. We are very easy going and friendly and we are looking for a girl, professional, who is friendly, tidy and respectful to others.
The minimum term is 6 months. The contract is renewed every year so we're not considering short term contracts.
