Hello There,

We are offering an a very spacious and furnished Ensuite double-room to rent near St Georges Square in Pimlico and 30 seconds walk to the Thames. We are also offering a second larger ensuite double-room in the same house for £1,350pm, if you'd prefer an even larger ensuite room (357 Sq ft). We have pictures of both rooms in the add. The larger ensuite double room is the first room in the pictures.

The house is furnished with a floor heating system, modern fireplace, a common living room and a fully newly furnished kitchen! Both rooms are ensuite double-rooms in a Mews House (the green house in the pictures), in a calm area, very well connected to the centre (2 mins walk to underground station Pimlico (Victoria line) and with cool flatmates. We also have a gym and swimming pool 5 mins walk from home. The house has 3 floors, every bedroom has its own bathroom.

We are two easy going professionals who are looking forward to share our house with a like-minded roommate. If helpful, we speak 3 other European languages :)
