3rd floor flat in a period property in Victoria (no lift).
The room is a single room, bright, with views to the street, with a built-in bookcase and a built-in wardrobe.
The new flatmate will share a shower room with one of the flatmates.
Galley kitchen with a breakfast bar and a washer/dryer.
Bills are around £85 per person per month.
About the area:
5-10min walk to Victoria and Pimlico Stations. 1 min walk to the bus stop. Supermarkets (including a big Sainsbury's)and plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby.
About us:
Two professionals (an internal auditor and a communications officer) from Spain and New Zealand. We work hard, so we see the flat as a place to rest and unwind after a long day. We have our own lives, but we have coffee all together from time to time to catch up.
About you:
You must be a professional, easy going, able to follow the basic rules of the flat. Party animals not welcome. Unfortunately no pets are allowed.
The room will be available mid-September and we are looking for someone who intends to stay at least for 12 months.
