Victoria/Pimlico Huge 3 Bed Flat!

Sadly my current housemates are moving back to Spain so I am now looking for two new housemates to share this amazing 3 bed flat with.

The flat is very spacious, bright, and was refurbished last year so comes with a modern fully fitted kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, washing machine etc), two bathrooms both with showers and one with a bathtub, and a massive living room with TV/Xbox/Netflix which is great for dinners, and the occasional friends coming round. The rooms are both double bed, spacious and fully furnished.

The location is brilliant as it is very central, just off Buckingham Palace Road and only a 5 minute walk to Victoria coach and tube stations. Sloane Square is 8 minutes walk and Pimlico station is 15 minutes away. The area has many nice bars, restaurants and a choice of three different Sainsbury's Local and one Sainsbury's supermarket! There are also a few different gyms in the area, one of which I (try to) go to before or after work.

I myself work in finance as a Software Engineer, am very easy going, friendly, sociable and respectful. I would like to live with people who are like-minded but also easy to get along with, respectful of other's space and responsible but also don't just live in their room all the time. Ideally people who treat the place like a home rather than just a crash pad or a party place.

Most importantly, I would like to live with people who clean up after themselves! We have a cleaner who comes round every two weeks, but at an added cost of £26 each per month.

All other bills are included in the rent (Broadband, Gas, Electricity, Council tax etc). There are no agency fees, hidden charges or lengthy contracts as everything is dealt directly with the landlord who is very friendly.
