We have a beautiful bedroom available in our flat. The bedroom is very large and comes fully furnished - with a good quality wardrobe, chest of drawers and separate study and dining areas. We provide all the bedding (pillows, duvet, duvet cover, fitted sheet).

The flat also boasts one large modern bathroom with toilet, with another separate toilet upstairs. The kitchen is wonderfully bright and very spacious - equipped with all appliances. Everything is kept very clean and tidy, as our cleaner comes once a week to clean all the communal areas.

Food shopping is also very simple, as there is a Tesco Express located just two minutes from our front door, and a larger Sainsburys a few minutes further on.

Both Brixton and Clapham South tube stations are within 8-10 minute bus journey from the flat. There is a bus stop just outside of the building with buses to both Clapham and Brixton areas. If you prefer to walk, then it would take 15-20 minutes to the station.

This flat would ideally suit non-smoking professionals or international students who are tidy and respectful when sharing communal facilities.

The rent includes all bills (water, gas, electricity, council tax, fast wireless broadband Internet and cleaner). You do not have to pay for anything extra!

We only ask for a four weeks’ deposit and four weeks’ notice when you decide to move out. Rent can be paid either weekly or monthly. We charge a small admin fee of £90 paid once when you move in.
