Very bright, airy double bedded room with own bathroom next to it in three bedroom house in quiet road.

The kitchen is accessible at all times, however it is expected that only light meals are prepared, so that it is not occupied for hours every day. No cooking after 9.30 pm.

High speed broadband.

Close to 57 Bus stop to Raynes Park /Wimbledon one way and Kingston the other way, 10 mins by bus to Kingston Hospital. Raynes Park station to Waterloo station 20 mins with frequent trains. The property is also close to the A3 dual carriageway.

There are local shops within walking distance, including small supermarket, hairdressers, chemist, newsagents, florists and beauty salon.

Minimum let one month. This would suit a Professional person who maybe relocated due to their job. I am looking for “an Outgoing” person.

References will be required from current employer and previous landlord and the deposit and first month’s rental will need to be paid in advance of taking up the rental.

A weekly clean, bed linen and towels can be arranged at an additional cost.

The room is available for a 7 day week let or a Monday to Friday 5 day let on the basis that the room will not be used by another person at weekends.

There is ample room to park your car in the driveway in front of the house.
