Large furnished Loft space with private bathroom

We are Mags and Chloe, Mother and daughter, looking to share our space for up to 3 months with shorter lets considered. The space would also suit someone who travels into London for work for a couple of days per week.
We both work 9-5 monday to friday for the met and Nhs - working from home and in the office.

The space is bright with three large windows and freshly painted.
There’s plenty of storage space for your belongings and a large mirrored wardrobe to hang your clothes in with hangers. The room can get warm during the summer so sometimes best to keep the blinds half closed to stop some of the heat.
The room and bathroom are on the top floor of the house so it is private.

Internet is unlimited and suitable for working from home.

We are located within walking distance of Raynes park station (8 minutes) and Wimbledon rail, tube and tram station ( 15-20 minutes) with the 57, 131, 163, 164, 152, K5 bus routes all within a 5 minute walk. South Wimbledon rail way station is 20-25 minute walk. There are local grocery shops nearby and larger supermarkets in new Malden, Colliers Wood and Wimbledon town centre. The tennis is located in Southfields which is one tube stop away from Wimbledon.

We have cleaners who come for 1.5 hours once a week every Thursday, so you must keep your space tidy enough and be able to let them clean your space and the bathroom. They clean the whole house.

We are looking for a female student, or professional who is clean and considerate of the space.

Its a quiet road with permit parking - you can buy visitor permits from the council if you have a car. Or you can pay for parking through the RingGo app.

The bathroom is not a wet room. It was recently renovated because it was previously treated like a wet room and the ceiling/ floor collapsed so we have to be careful with keeping the space dry after showering. You will be provided with extra towels and bathroom mats to keep the space dry and these will be regularly changed for you. There’s a basket provided where we can give you fresh towels so you can wipe down the shower after use.

Bedding can also be provided if you require it.

Due to covid we kindly ask that you don’t bring anyone back to the property. We kindly ask that you do any socialising with friends or family outside of the home to keep everyone safe.

You will have a shelf in the fridge, freezer and your own cupboard space in the kitchen. All kitchen equipment is available to use as long as it is treated well and washed after use.

The house is located next to the train line so you will find that sometimes there is train beeps, or some light shaking when heavy duty trains pass by.

Ladies are preferred.
No pets or couples.
