You will be joining myself and Brad; we're both professionals working full time who enjoying eating dinner and watching TV together in the evenings also enjoy going out for drinks/nights out! ideal housemate will like to socialise but also likes time to themselves
The house:
Is in a Perfect location just 5 minutes walk to Clapham North and 8 minutes walk to Brixton station!
it has 2 outdoor spaces; one downstairs connected to the kitchen and the rooftop terrace upstairs great for when the suns out
1st Large bathroom has bath, toilet, sink and storage 2nd separate shower room and separate toilet
Connected living room and dining room
Kitchen is fully equipped and has a dishwasher
Bills total around £85-110 depending on the season this includes:
Internet, Water, G&E, TV, Council tax and a bi weekly cleaner
The room:
Spacious double room fully furnished with wardrobe, chest of drawers and lots of shelf space - The 2 doubles are the same size but look different due to the layout of the bed which you can reposition if you wish!
