Currently, the house has 3 guys ( Willie, Ben and James - Kiwi, Aussie and English) and 2 girls (Annie and myself - Aussie and English). Looking for someone to replace me, as I will be moving out.
We're a friendly bunch and all enjoy a good social, we try to go out for drinks/meals when we can and are looking for someone like-minded, who would fit in well with the family.
The house has a big living room (with pool table), a separate kitchen and a decent-sized garden.
You would be sharing a bathroom/separate toilet with one other person only.
The rent cost £637 then £120 with bills and the deposit amount is £750.
