Hi! I’ve recently bought this home and I’m looking for a lovely housemate to join me.

The available room is a furnished double bedroom, with wardrobe, bedside table, and optional additional storage in the hallway for coats and shoes.

We’ll be sharing:

✨ A modern kitchen/dining space with plenty of room to cook and eat together
✨ A south-facing garden with lots of space- perfect for relaxing or pets.

Location & Transport:
• 3 min walk to Clapham North station (Northern Line)
• 3 min walk to Clapham High Street (Overground)
• 15 min walk to Brixton & Stockwell stations
• Less than 10 min walk to Clapham Common
• Sainsbury’s at the end of the road

About me:
I’m a young professional working for the NHS. I’d love to live with another professional who is respectful of home and working hours, but also enjoys a chat, a meal or a series together sometimes.

I’m friendly, chilled, and enjoy a quiet start to the week with more socialising towards the weekend. It would be great to find someone with a similar balance- sociable, but also values their own space.

• Pets considered (the garden is great for a dog!)
• Bills not included (approx. £150–200 per month)
• I’ve put my heart (and life savings!) into making this place a home, so I’m hoping for someone who will treat it with the same care and respect as if it were their own
