We have one fantastic room (ensuite) and we are looking for someone that will help us in keeping our home homey!

It has recently been refurbished with cream walls and cream carpet. It has a comfortable double bed and a handy built in wardrobe. Light and airy with views over the back garden but with plenty of privacy from the neighbours. Plus it comes with an ensuite bathroom (which has recently been completely redesigned and refitted).

We have a large dining room and living room with a separate kitchen and kitchen area to eat in (so feel free to socialise or have a bit of you time). We have a fun little bar area and do like an odd G&T time after work to wind down after a long day.

The kitchen is equipped with a brand new fridge/freezer and plenty of shelves/ cupboard space. There is also an electric oven with gas hob, a dishwasher, a microwave, etc.

Off the kitchen is a private garden with seating, mature trees, plenty of herb pots and a big BBQ, perfect for summer evenings and weekends with friends.

The house is situated on a quiet residential road close to all amenities, we are a short walk from Fulham Palace Road, where there are plenty of shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants. We are also close to Putney, Hammersmith and Earls Court with excellent transport links at Parson's Green, Barons Court, Fulham Broadway and Hammersmith tube stations.

You'll be sharing with 3 other professionals (2 guys and 1 girl).

Now some boring bits. The bills are dependent on winter or summer but normally is around max £80 a month on top of rent (this will include the internet, water, gas, electricity etc).
