a clean , nice and quiet small double room is offered to a professional in a Fulham flat share.

room is on the first floor and very quiet

This room is for one person only, also house cleaning is provided for communal areas only at a small extra payment of £3 per person per week.

Bills are all inclusive along with fast Internet Connection via WIFI!:

The flat has 3 bedrooms,
One fully equipped fitted kitchen,
One bathroom, one toilet
Washing machine,
bedroom is furnished

The room has been decorated a nice light colour and has small double or single bed, wooden wardrobe and fitted cupboards.

Hammersmith Underground Station is a ten minute walk away or a few short stops on the plentiful local buses.

Public transports in addition buses 430, 211, 74 run close to the house into Central London South Kensington, Knightsbridge, Waterloo and Victoria.
The N74 night bus route operates all night.

Close by walking distance Waitrose, Sainsburys and Tesco nearby as well as numerous shops, bars and restaurants as well as a couple of nice pubs, including one next to the River Thames which is 3 minutes walk away.

There are a choice of gyms and a swimming pool a short walk away.

The room is offered for one person only with four to six months tenancy would be good, but a shorter let is also possible.
