I am looking for someone to take over one of the double bedrooms in the 3-bedroom flat (2 bedrooms & 1 study room) that I am currently renting in.

The flat is a 3-bedroom flat in Lillie Square, consisting of 2 en-suite double bedrooms (I will occupy 1 of the rooms), and a 3rd room that is used as a study to work from home. The study is currently fitted with a desk for myself and there is room for another desk if you wish to work or study from there. The double-room is fitted with a large wardrobe with 4 separate compartments, and there is plenty of storage space available throughout the flat.

I am a working professional and will spend the majority of weekdays in the office, so the flat will be quiet and available at all times for you to work comfortably.

The flat is a 2-minute walk from West Brompton Station and a 5-minute walk from Earl's Court Station. The flat has underfloor heating and air-conditioning that can be set to each room separately. It also has a large private patio with a table and outdoor seating. The flat is well-furnished, very modern, and spacious (over 80m^2), with plenty of storage space.
