Hammersmith Underground Station is a ten minute walk away or a short hop on one of the plentiful local buses.
In addition, buses 430, 211, 74 stop around the corner and run into Central London, South Kensington, Knightbridge, Waterloo and Victoria. The N74 bus route operates all night.

Residents' parking available outside the house, subject to obtaining permit from the local authority.

There is a Waitrose, Sainsburys and Tesco nearby as well as numerous shops, coffee shops, bars and restaurants and a well as a nice pub next to the River Thames which is 3 minutes walk away.

The room is offered for one person. It is offered on a 6 month Assured Shorthold Tenancy but a shorter or longer let is also possible.
The rent includes bills and wifi internet.
A one month deposit is required in addition to rent before moving in.. No other fees apply.
