It is a flat with 1 bed. The building is located in between Imperial College London and Gloucester rd tube station. It is a 5 -7 min walk to Imperial College London/Royal College of Music/Royal College of Art, 7 min walk to Hyde Park and 10 min from High street Kensington.
7-10 mins walk to Gloucester rd tube Station and South Kensington tube Station.
The rent is £295per week. Deposit is 4 weeks of rent and requires a UK based guarantor or rent 6 months in advance. All contract will be done with Foxton
Bills are NOT included (gas, electric, Internet, council tax). The room is fully furnished with a sofa, desk, double bed, and wardrobe. There are a separate toilet and shower room and a microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine.
