I work in Finance for a drinks company. I like to do my own thing, but also like to relax with a bit of tv in living room after work.
The flat is pretty much equal distance to Stockwell, Clapham North and Wandsworth Road stations. It takes between 10-15 minutes to each. I use Stockwell mostly to go into Central London, but Clapham is handy for weekends.
Battersea Park & Clapham Common are a 20 min walk and there is also a smaller park 30 seconds from the flat. There is a puregym less than 5 mins walk.
Rent is £650 a month including all bills (broadband, council tax, water, gas & electric, tv licence etc).
Deposit is £500.
