I am the owner of a beautiful, clean and spacious terraced house that my partner and I share with friends, a stone’s throw from Vauxhall Park. One friend is leaving to buy a home of her own meaning the largest bedroom (with en suite) will become free from mid to late July.
The house is on three floors and has separate living room, dining room and kitchen as well as a walled garden at the back that is great for a glass of wine or BBQ.
We work in finance, operations, legal, media and education and the house is a mixture of straight and gay so, plenty of variety! Whilst by no means a party house, we are all pretty sociable and have struck a good balance between ending up at the local pub together (Fentiman Arms – nice gastro with a beer garden) or having a BBQ in the garden as well as each doing our own thing.
