Subletting my gorgeous room in London inc. the use of my gym membership which let's you also access a nearby swimming pool as well as the use of my bike and helmet ;) (Camberwell- 15 mins from Brixton and Stockwell tube stations i. e. Victoria and Northern tube lines from which you can get to central London in 10 minutes) for a month and a half this summer (21st June-5th August but can be flexible with dates if nd be). It's in Camberwell and is £760 per month which includes all bills, internet, a cleaner once a week for the communal areas, cleaning materials (including toilet paper) and other communal needs (provided by the house management company).

The room has gorgeous windows, wood floors, view of our beautiful garden with a pond and a barbeque perfect for summer hangouts, lots of closet and drawer space as well as a work area/office like space useful for freelancers, the use of my Dutch bike and helmet if u fancy as well as my Gym membership (which gives u free access also to the nearest swimming pool!) ;)

The house is very spacious and has a lovely kitchen, living room, dining area as well as 4 bathrooms to choose from. The house is 6 minutes from a big supermarket (Co-op) and 2 minutes literally from the lovely Myatts Field Park, 10 minute walk to Camberwell Green with its pubs and restaurants and shops and 15 minutes to Brixton with its high street shops, market, nightlife etc. Also a short bus ride from Peckham Rye the South London Gallery etc. The house is shared with really lovely people. All super respectful and quiet but up for a friendly chat or drink from time to time and we tend to do fun stuff together when we can..
