Hello! 

My current flatmate is leaving our flat due to a change in career and therefore a room has become available from late Feb to late June. With hope of continuing.

The available room has a double bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe, lots of space and a window view out onto a lovely park.

The flat is modern and has a nice big lounge with lots of natural light, 2 sofas and table and chairs.

It has a very well equipped kitchen with all of the usual appliances, as well as plenty of fridge, freezer and cupboard space.

The bathroom has a shower over the bath and a separate toilet.

Safe multi lock system on the front door with a brand new fire alarm recently installed.

The flat is 3rd story on the end of the building, private gated walkway by the front door. One side looks over the car parking area and the other (your room!) out onto a large tree-lined park.

Current split of bills (all bills including council tax) is roughly £130-£150 per month per person.

The room is available from feb 29th.

10 minute walk to both oval and Stockwell stations. Regular buses nearby also.

The current contract ends June 22nd. A damages deposit of £865 and a one-off £50 paperwork fee for the estate agency will need to be paid

I work long hours in the fitness industry and I'm out of the flat most of the day. In my spare time I enjoy playing sports, watching TV and seeing friends. Looking for someone easy going and chilled out, friendly and tidy.
