Bright Double room in well connected area

Hello! Our friend has sadly moved out and my cousin and I are looking for a new roommate to join us. The room is a small double, furnished with a bed, wardrobe, small bookcase and bedside table. There's room for a desk if you wanted to add one. Shared bathroom, large living room, fully equipped kitchen, and small balcony. We’re both Londoner’s working in creative fields (theatre and publishing). We’re looking for a friendly, tidy person who likes to occasionally hang out in the evenings, watching TV and talking about everything under the sun.
We are a 10-minute walk from Stockwell tube station (Victoria/Northern lines), a 15 minute walk from Brixton (Victoria line) and well connected by buses. We’re close to plenty of shops and some lovely parks.

Our landlord would like us to sign a new lease when you move in, with all the normal deposit and referencing involved
