I am moving out to go travelling and am looking for a female housemate to replace me and live with my lovely and friendly flatmate, Alice, who is currently getting her teacher certification. Alice is an amazing flatmate and super easy to get on with (plus very tidy!).
The shared area includes on open plan kitchen/living area and a bathroom. The kitchen/living area is beautiful and bright and has a kitchen island making it a brilliant space to cook with friends or partners. Whilst the bathroom is super clean and looks like it has been recently redone.
The bedroom is lovely and spacious and has a nice view of gardens outside.
The location of the flat makes it a perfect location not only because of proximity to transport links but also being so close to the centre of Clapham which is a great place for socialising (restaurants, shops, bars, cinema, the common etc).
